How to use Anki with DeckLearn

Install Anki, import your DeckLearn .apkg file and build a short daily review routine. The app schedules cards according to how well you remember them, so difficult material returns sooner.

DeckLearn

Quick start

You only need four steps to begin reviewing a DeckLearn deck.

1. Install the app

Use Anki on Windows or macOS, or AnkiDroid on Android.

2. Extract your download

If your purchase arrives as a ZIP archive, extract it before importing the deck.

3. Import the .apkg

Open the .apkg file or use Anki's Import command. Media included in the package is imported with the deck.

4. Review daily

Answer the cards and use Again, Hard, Good or Easy so Anki can calculate the next interval.

A simple daily routine

Start with the cards due today before adding large numbers of new cards. Consistency matters more than a single long study session.

Recall before revealing

Try to produce or understand the answer first. Then reveal the card and compare.

Use the audio

Listen actively during review and connect pronunciation with the written sentence.

Keep levels separate

DeckLearn levels are organised separately, so you can begin at the stage that fits your current knowledge.

Choose a UK language deck

The UK catalogue links directly from the country portal to each product page.

Sync across devices

AnkiWeb can synchronise your collection between compatible Anki clients. Create an AnkiWeb account, sign in from each device and synchronise after reviewing so your progress remains current.

DeckLearn is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anki or AnkiWeb. Anki is a third-party flashcard application.
